The mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church is to call all people to become disciples of Jesus Christ, to proclaim the everlasting gospel embraced by the three angel's messages (Revelation 14:6-12), and to prepare the world for Christ's soon return
Mission Statement:
The Family Ministries Department seeks to strengthen, inspire and bring healing to married couples, families and individuals through the abundant love and saving grace of Jesus Christ.
Vision Statement:
To prepare families for the Kingdom of God by helping to hasten the coming of Jesus Christ.
Objectives:
Recognizing the mutual strength and support that the church should represent for the home, and the home for the church, and that the mission of the church must become a reality, the Family Ministries Department has adopted the following objectives:
1. To promote the reassuring and restoring message of the eternal gospel within the context of family life.
2. To reaffirm and strengthen each Adventist family as a prime unit within the discipleship.
3. To train the parents and their families to increase the possibilities of a successful transference of the Adventist values to the next generation.
4. To create a “family of God” type experience in each Seventh-day Adventist Church.
5. To enable the family to give an attractive testimony.
